Free Support: Please join our forum and raise a request for support there. Our community members would proactively provide or suggest a solution for your problem. Our Technical Team looks into the issue only if they are having some spare time. This option is not for organization who are looking for high uptime and quick turnaround time.
Hourly Rates: Our team provides support on hourly rates of USD 20 per hour. This option is suggested for our users who already have a technical team taking care of most of the issues but are stuck at some complex issue and are looking for quick solution.
Strategic Support: We provide Strategic support to customers seeking the same. This support includes every kind of HD-360 related work – installation, upgrade, bug fixing, issue resolution, backup etc. This support helps you to run the system with minimum hassles at your end. The system is completely under vigilance of our technical team and turnaround time is less than an hour.
